She later joined L'Oréal as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Travel Retail Americas, serving as the chief legal advisor for a business spanning North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. There, she partnered closely with executive leadership on commercial strategy, governance, privacy, employment, procurement, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day business operations across a global consumer products company.
