Earlier in her career, Krista spent nearly a decade supporting large-scale pharmaceutical litigation at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, where she worked alongside trial teams managing complex discovery, witness preparation, and evidence analysis in high-stakes matters.
Today, Krista leads Unified CLO's Early Case Assessment and Discovery Strategy practice. In addition to advising clients, she mentors many of the firm's Associate General Counsel, helping them strengthen discovery strategy, evidence analysis, and factual case development.
