She supervised federal investigations, advised law enforcement agencies, interviewed witnesses, analyzed extensive documentary evidence, presented matters before grand juries, conducted jury trials, negotiated resolutions, and argued appeals before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Sixth Circuits.
That experience continues to shape how she approaches every client matter today. Successful litigation rarely turns on a single document or witness. It comes from understanding the complete story, organizing the facts, anticipating opposing arguments, and developing a strategy long before trial begins.
Before joining the Department of Justice, Bayonle served as an Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis, where she prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases and developed extensive courtroom experience through jury trials, motion practice, and witness examinations.
Today, Bayonle serves as part of Unified CLO's Client Success Team, helping businesses, Chief Legal Officers, and outside counsel strengthen investigations, litigation strategy, early case assessment, discovery management, and trial preparation.
