She’s spent her career supporting sophisticated litigation and internal investigation teams—rolling up her sleeves to dive into massive document sets, track patterns, and get to the heart of the matter quickly and quietly. She brings deep experience navigating high-volume, high-stakes projects that require both precision and perspective. Whether the goal is surfacing key facts, untangling timelines, or preserving privilege, Nicole knows how to turn unorganized messes into streamlined workflows, clean privilege maps, and clear, defensible narratives.

Nicole's background in cognitive science brings a research-driven, empirical approach to understanding how people process information, an asset in litigation and technology ethics. She serves on Unified Law’s AI Ethics Committee, contributing her insights as we develop internal frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001, the global standard for AI management systems, for Unified Law and our clients.

She’s also a generous mentor to our litigation support team, helping shape the next generation of calm, focused, and detail-driven legal professionals.
