Supplier Intake and

Evaluation Framework

Supplier Intake and

Evaluation Framework

Because we operate within our clients’ businesses and routinely handle sensitive legal, operational, financial, privacy, and investigative matters, we take supplier reviews seriously.

Our supplier framework is designed to evaluate not only pricing and functionality, but also security, privacy, operational fit, scalability, business continuity, and how well a product or service integrates into a fast-moving modern legal department.

That being said, we love useful tools, thoughtful service providers, and people who make legal and business operations better. We do not love mass email campaigns, repeated follow-ups to individual team members, or surprise calendar invites.

Please do not send supplier pitches to individual inboxes. Messages sent outside this intake channel may not be reviewed, and repeated unsolicited outreach makes us less likely to engage.

For all initial partnership inquiries and documentation

submissions, please use the following address:

Please do not send a pitch

Not a fit. Unified is virtual, and we don’t have physical office space other than our home offices. Which probably could use a cleaning.

Not every supplier is the right fit for Unified CLO internally. But some may still be excellent fits for our clients. We regularly help growing companies evaluate legal operations, AI governance, compliance, privacy, security, investigations, and operational vendors as part of our fractional Chief Legal Office role.

In some cases, if we believe a supplier may be especially relevant to our clients or partner ecosystem, we may suggest introducing your team to partners@unified.law as well. Sometimes the best business relationships start with a conversation that turns out to be useful somewhere else.
