She’s worked inside industry leaders like DaVita, GE Healthcare, and Elanco, navigating procurement, SaaS, supply chain, and regulatory risk with a practical, no-drama approach.

At Unified CLO, Shannon helps growing companies close smart deals, clean up messy processes, and build legal infrastructure that actually works. Most recently, she served as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at DaVita, where she led a 15-person legal team managing hundreds of supplier agreements worth hundreds of millions annually. She’s implemented CLM systems, built playbooks, coached contract managers, and aligned legal and business teams when it mattered most.

And while she’s all about execution, she also knows culture matters. At DaVita, Shannon co-founded a Legal Wellness Committee in response to rising mental health challenges in the profession—bringing care, intention, and community to the forefront of a high-performance legal team.
