Francesca Yulo
Paralegal
Executive Snapshot
Francesca Yulo is a Paralegal and Executive Legal Assistant at Unified CLO with hands-on experience spanning litigation support, corporate transactions, trademark administration, business formations, and legal operations. Her breadth is rare: she has coordinated litigation deadlines under pressure, managed high-stakes document execution, built and maintained data rooms for complex deals, supported intellectual property portfolios, and kept executive initiatives moving—all while serving as the operational backbone attorneys and clients depend on.
Known as an "attorney wrangler" and trusted right hand to executives, Francesca is proactive by nature: she anticipates what's needed before it's asked, spots risks before they become problems, and drives every matter forward with urgency and precision. She takes complete ownership of her work and handles every engagement with unwavering integrity—confidentiality protected, commitments honored, no detail overlooked.
The result is a client experience that feels effortless because Francesca has made it so. Attorneys stay focused on strategy; clients stay informed and confident; and every matter runs on time, every time
Why Clients Call Francesca
Clients value Francesca for her rapid responsiveness, impeccable organization, and steady professionalism—and above all, for her ability to keep matters moving without being asked. She delivers a seamless experience by anticipating needs before they arise, communicating proactively at every stage, tracking deadlines with precision, and aligning stakeholders so nothing falls through the cracks. From documents and signatures to final deliverables, everything is completed accurately, on time, and handled with complete integrity.
Francesca’s Story
Francesca's path into law began with her Legal Management degree and Juris Doctor studies, but her real passion was discovered along the way: helping legal professionals deliver client service that truly stands out. She thrives in fast-paced environments—the busier things get, the more she enjoys bringing order to the chaos. For Francesca, great legal support isn't luck; it's built on thorough preparation, personal accountability, and a team that collaborates with heart.
A lifelong learner at her core, she's always looking for ways to deepen her legal knowledge—and completing her legal education remains a goal she fully intends to reach.
Career Experience
Paralegal & Executive Legal Assistant — Unified CLO: Builds and manages complex transaction data rooms, orchestrates attorney calendars and competing priorities, leads cross-functional legal projects from kickoff to completion, and redesigns operational processes that measurably improve how legal teams work
Paralegal — Mercado Law Firm: Drafted legal documents, conducted legal research, provided litigation and notarial support, and served as a key point of contact for client coordination
Fraud Analyst — Truist Bank (Offshore): Investigated fraudulent transactions and identity theft, filed identity theft cases with U.S. government agencies, and analyzed banking activity for major clients—honing the analytical rigor she brings to every legal matter
Researcher — Marawi Siege Documentation Project: Collaborated with independent curator Marian Pastor Roces on a book and museum preserving the history of the Marawi Siege in the Philippines
Legal Intern — Salvatierra Nuestro Law Offices: Supported litigation cases through legal research and document drafting, maintained the notarial book of records, and coordinated with clients
How Francesca Helps Clients
As your attorney wrangler, executive assistant, and paralegal, Francesca is the steady hand keeping every legal matter organized from intake through completion. She serves as the connective tissue of your engagement—coordinating attorneys, clients, government agencies, and external partners; managing deadlines and workflows; preparing legal documents; and monitoring progress so nothing stalls and nothing slips.
What clients can count on: clear and proactive communication, follow-through they never have to chase, and a highly organized professional personally invested in making their legal experience efficient, responsive, and positive from start to finish.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Legal Management — San Beda College Alabang
Juris Doctor Studies (Completed Two Years of Coursework) — San Beda University College of Law
Completed two years of Juris Doctor coursework, strengthening her foundation in legal research, legal writing, litigation, contracts, civil and criminal law. Francesca looks forward to completing her legal education in the future.

Beyond the Bar
Even off the clock, Francesca's curiosity doesn't quit. She spends her free time exploring legal technology, tinkering with workflow automation, and building trackers for absolutely everything—travel itineraries, budgets, medicine schedules, you name it. If it can be tracked, Francesca has a spreadsheet for it (and it's probably color-coded). For her, process improvement is less a job skill and more a personal hobby.
She is also a proud advocate, serving as an active member of an organization supporting survivors of sexual abuse—work she considers among the most meaningful things she does.
On lighter days, you'll find her happily obsessing over giraffes (ask her anything—she's ready) and dreaming up her next safari adventure. And at home, she's a devoted sister and occasional full-time tutor to her two younger sisters, a role that has sharpened her patience, negotiation skills, and ability to explain anything to anyone—twice.
