Choice of Law and Arbitration
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Dallas, Texas, in accordance with its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and before a single arbitrator. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs as determined by the arbitrator.
Confidential and Privileged Information
We’re good at keeping secrets, but until you officially hire us, think of submissions through the Site like small talk at a networking event—not courtroom testimony.
Unified Law Group, PB LLC is a legal support company supervised by Outside CLO, PC, a Texas-based law firm. We ask that you refrain from submitting any confidential or privileged information through the Site, as the proper safeguards to protect privilege are not in place until an engagement letter is signed with Outside CLO, PC, and Unified Law Group, PB LLC. While we strive to maintain confidentiality and secure any information provided, we cannot ensure the protection of privilege before formal engagement.
