Litigation Support, Employment Compliance & Nonprofit Governance

Elsie Owolo supports Unified Law’s General Counsel team with precision, focus, and follow-through that helps clients stay ahead of risk. She’s worked inside the FAA, supported DOJ attorneys on litigation strategy, and managed large-scale discovery and document review in complex matters.

Her sweet spot is employment compliance, nonprofit governance, and litigation support—especially in fast-moving environments where getting the facts right and the story straight matters. She helps our GCs organize timelines, prep for depositions, analyze evidence, and draft early-stage litigation docs that hold up under pressure.

For mission-driven organizations and founder-led companies alike, Elsie brings steady execution and clear thinking to the legal moments that count.
