Regulatory & Ethics Officer

Zero Hunger

Zero Hunger

Allyson brings a unique dual perspective to Unified Law—splitting her time between her role as a Regulatory Officer and Ethics Liaison Officer for the State of New Jersey and her work supporting Unified Law’s regulatory and operational functions. With a background spanning ethics compliance, administrative law, contracts, and legal operations, Allyson strengthens both the internal backbone of Unified Law and the service we provide to clients.

She helps ensure our internal programs—from ethics and training to document systems—are as strong as those we advise our clients to build. And when clients face regulatory challenges or need help preparing materials for agency review, Allyson delivers responsive, reliable support backed by real-world agency experience.

Core Areas of Focus

• Regulatory & Administrative Compliance
Allyson brings years of hands-on experience working with state ethics codes, training requirements, and regulatory compliance. As an Ethics Liaison Officer, she supports internal teams and agency offices with waiver reviews, documentation oversight, and compliance education—experience that translates directly to Unified Law clients navigating agency standards and internal governance expectations.

• Litigation Support for Regulatory Matters
Allyson supports Unified Law clients who find themselves facing requests from government agencies—whether it’s for records, compliance documentation, or ethics-related disclosures. With firsthand experience in regulatory processes, she helps ensure that what gets submitted is complete, well-organized, and thoughtfully prepared. Her background inside state government gives her a unique ability to anticipate what regulators need—and how best to respond.

• Legal Operations & Ethics Program Support
At Unified Law, Allyson plays a key role in internal operations—supporting everything from ethics training and compliance tracking to internal process development and cross-functional workflows. She brings a detail-oriented, practical mindset to building systems that scale, while ensuring Unified Law stays aligned with the high standards we set for ourselves and our clients.

• Contract Review & Drafting
Allyson’s legal experience spans both private practice and in-house legal functions. She has drafted service agreements, settlements, and compliance-related documentation, and supported litigation teams across multiple law firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Her mix of legal, administrative, and operational know-how allows her to jump in wherever needed and keep things moving.
